Program Overview 

Sidewinder Lacrosse Skill Development Clinics are designed to help the new and seasoned lacrosse players develop the correct technique to successfully achieve that next level play. Our team of coaches emphasize and drive the fundamental lacrosse skills needed to achieve success and dominance at any position. 

Training Skills

Our goal at Sidewinder Lacrosse to provide an outstanding instructional, educational, and technical training experience for all players. At Sidewinder Lacrosse, we teach true and time tested fundamental techniques that can be found throughout the NCAA. We challenge players to apply the techniques learned that day into small sided game play. Our highly qualified staff of coaches will work with the individual players to correct and modify all techniques to ensure success out on the field.

  • Cycling
  • Picking
  • Screening
  • Man up Offense
  • Man down Defense

**Both dominant and non-dominant hands will be incorporated with all skills.

Our team of coaches emphasize and drive the fundamental speed and conditioning techniques needed to achieve success and dominance at any position. 

Training Program

Sidewinder Lacrosse Performance Development Clinics takes evidence based strength and conditioning techniques from coaches around the professional sports world and customizes them to help create explosive, dynamic, movements that lacrosse players need to achieve next level athletic performance. 

Methods that are used during the training process include:

  • Compensatory acceleration
  • Single-leg strength
  • Multidimensional movements
  • Core training
  • Posterior chain development

Our programs are tuned to the age and skill level of the athlete, as to prevent overtraining and injury prevention.
